Looking for an excuse to make some much needed improvements around the home? Don’t miss your chance to save money on your energy bills and receive a tax incentive up to $1,500.
As part of the Economic Stimulus Plan, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provides numerous tax incentives for individuals to invest in energy-efficient products. The Residential Energy Property Credit (Section 1121) has increased the energy tax credit rate to 30 percent of the cost of all qualifying improvements and raised the maximum credit limit to $1,500 for improvements placed in service in 2009 and 2010.
The credit applies to improvements such as adding insulation, energy efficient exterior windows, doors and skylights, garage doors and energy-efficient heating and air conditioning systems. We’ve listed the products that we carry that qualify for this tax credit.
Need help getting the work done? Just let us know and we’ll be glad to put you in contact with one of qualified remodelers.
Call for further information today or stop by one of our showrooms to see the products first hand.
